Outpatient Consultations

Can bills be paid with a credit card?
Yes, it is possible to pay with a credit card.
Is it possible to have a consultation without a referral letter?
Yes, it is possible to have consultations without a referral letter. Since appointments are essential, please make an appointment in advance.
Can one have tests on the day of the consultation?
It is possible to undergo tests depending on the test schedules and use situation on the specific day. Please discuss the need for tests with the outpatient physician first.
From what time can the clinic be visited?
The clinic opens at 7:45 on weekdays and 8:00 on Saturdays.
I have not received the results of the medical checkup I requested via web delivery.
We will send the results to your registered e-mail address approximately 2to3 weeks after your visit.
If you do not receive it after more than one month, please contact St. Luke's MediLocus directly.

Membership Health Support

Are there extra costs besides the membership fee involved in undergoing the “Ningen (human) dock” health screening medical checkup?
The membership fee covers the expenses of the medical checkup as well as use of the fitness club services.
Can one undergo other medical consultations than the medical checkups?
Yes, it is. Since appointments are essential, please make an appointment in advance.
What is the difference between private and corporate membership?
There are no differences in the content of services that are available to private and corporate members. In case multiple persons enter under a single corporate membership, there is a discount on the original personal entrance fee.
Is it possible to take a tour of the facilities?
Tours of the facilities can be arranged at any time. Please call to make an appointment. A time for the tour will be arranged with the person in charge.
